Every story idea and every finished story is checked before you see it, and unsafe ideas are refused. No check is perfect, so please read or listen first. If anything is not right, tap the flag on that page to report it. A person reads every report.

Every story idea goes through a safety check before anything is written. CloudSheep is for young children, so we refuse ideas with sexual content, violence, self-harm, drugs, hate, or anything that puts a child at risk.

No. Diamonds are only spent when a story is made.

The check is automatic and it is strict on purpose, so it sometimes refuses a harmless idea. Try saying it another way. If it is refused again, write to us and a person will look.

An automated check, not a person. A person only reads a refused idea when an account is suspended or when you ask us to look again.

After five refused ideas, story creation is suspended on that account. We warn you before it happens and email you when it does.

You can read every story already in your account, and you can delete your account. You cannot create new stories.

Reply to the suspension email or write to us. A person will read the ideas that were refused and answer you.

Yes. A refused idea is kept with the account it came from as a safety record, so that we can explain a suspension and review it if you ask. It stays if the account is deleted.

A story with pictures and narration costs 15 💎, or 11 💎 without narration. The price is on the button before you spend anything.

No. If the whole story fails, nothing is charged. If the narration fails, you can record it again for free from My stories. If one picture cannot be made, that page shows the picture from the page before it.

Share your link from the Invite page. When another family makes a CloudSheep account with it, you both get 15 diamonds, which is one whole story with pictures and Nimbus's voice. They don't have to buy anything. Each family can be invited once, and up to 10 families a month earn you diamonds.

Open your Account page and choose Close your account. It deletes every story, picture and voice recording, and it can't be undone. If you can't sign in, write to us and we'll do it for you.
